Ben Rothman represents employees with respect to various employment-related matters, including, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and unfair business practice actions, as well as unpaid wage claims. He has handled hundreds of lawsuits in federal and state courts with an exceptional success record and prides himself on being a firm, creative, and effective advocate for his clients.
Ben has litigation experience in both state and federal courts, arbitration forums, in addition to experience in state and federal administrative agencies such as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and others.
Ben earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in California.
