On Feb. 6th, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued new regulations implementing amendments to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) concerning, among other things, military family leave, flight crew eligibility, and disclosure of genetic information obtained by employers for FMLA purposes.
